Bio: I am happily married to the love of my life for thirty-six years.
We have one son and three grandchildren whom we adore.
I love to spend time with my family and friends, paint with water colors, scrapbook, travel,
volunteer for the American Cancer Society Relay for Life, kayak, and go camping.
I started writing when I was in Jr. High. I wrote poetry and short stories.
After my son married and moved away, I needed something to occupy my time outside of working.
I was at a bookstore one day and commented to the proprietor that I always wanted to write books,
but didn’t know where to start. She gave me a phone number to a local author.
When I called her, she advised me to join Utah Romance Writers of America.
And, I have belonged to URWA ever since. The Utah chapter has been a wonderful way to gain knowledge of the industry
and a great support system. I served the URWA as secretary and vice-president.
I am forever grateful to all the wonderful members and opportunities to network.
My purpose as a writer is to develop well crafted stories that will make an impact to my readers
by addressing important issues that I am passionate about and to give them hours of reading pleasure.
