Kathy Rochell

writing as Modeska Rose

K.R. Rochell is an avid reader and especially enjoys a murder mystery or a good western historical. She wrote the beginnings of her first novel 25 years ago, but life got in the way of finishing it. She married her best friend and soul mate, helped raise three great step-children and after 28 years working as a civilian for the Air Force, she retired to the career she really loves - writing.

K R. Rochell lives in a small Utah community with her husband and their dog, Max. She loves to travel and spend time at their cabin in the Utah mountains enjoying the wildlife and feeding the hummingbirds.

Her first story, An Afternoon Tryst, written under the pen name, Modeska Rose, was released in October 2007. It is available at www.wilderroses.com.

She's currently at work on another novel, a contemporary romance.
