	Reservations must be phoned directly to the Canyons at 888-CAN-YONS (888-226-9667). In order to receive the group rate, callers must identify their affiliation with Heart of the West URWA Romance Writers. Rates cannot be changed at check in or check out for guests who fail to identify their affiliation at the time the reservation is made.

Parking at The Canyons	Free parking at The Canyons will be next to the Silverado, as marked on this map. The upper parking is by permit only. Guest may unload in the horseshoe and check in before moving their cars down to the lot. There is limited underground parking for a per night fee.
