Meals are included in registration fee. Only guests who are not attending conference will need to purchase meal tickets. |

| Pitch Appointments | Pitch appointments preferences will be assigned in order of registration. You will be contacted, via email, by August 30th for your first and second choices of editor/agent. You'll be notified of your appointment time when you register the day of the conference. |

| Book Signing | Published Authors wishing to participate in the Book Signing must provide ISBN and Titles by 09/01/11 to Jodee Steffensen at momzy926 {at} yahoo.com.
Please indicate how many copies of each title to order.
Participating published authors who are not members of URWA must register for the conference. |

| Refund Policy and Additional Fees | Refund requests will be granted between May 15, 2011 through September 5, 2011, less a $25 processing fee for PayPal payments and $10 processing fee for checks. After September 5, refunds will only be granted for documented serious medical emergencies (you or your immediate family), less the processing fee. |
